Certified Seniors' Fitness Instructor
Amanda has been active her whole life, with a background in yoga and recreational sports, and later became an Aquafit instructor after her children started school. She is now a certified seniors’ fitness instructor, focused on safe, chair-based classes that build strength, balance, and confidence while keeping exercise enjoyable.
